REF Stockholm Soft Colours are 100% vegan, ammonia-free shades with semi to demi-permanent capabilities, ideal for refreshing permanent colour, tonal adjustments, lowlights, or smooth grey blending. Formulated with Soothing Aloe Vera, Strengthening Quinoa Protein, and softening olive oil, its olive-green base enhances neutralisation for vibrant, conditioned results. Mix 1:1 with REF Soft Colour Developer: 6 Vol (1.9%) for a semi-permanent effect with softer demarcation, or 10 Vol (3%) for a deeper, demi-permanent finish.
